As If’ takes the classic play As You Like It, tears it apart, and glues it back together with the Punk/Grunge scene as a background. Fleeing a stifling corporate hustle, Rosalind, Orlando, and their friends escape to the rundown record store, Forest of Arden, hoping to make sense of their youth, their love and their lives. Exploring themes of youth vs elders, love vs hate, and what makes art good, we unlock both Shakespearean storytelling and mythical musical movements to a contemporary audience.
