Experience a new take on life through the eyes of up-and-coming Deaf comedian Rinkoo Barpaga. AM I FUNNY? is a touching and hilarious exploration of life as a Deaf man - rich in unheard ironies, hardships and characters. 
 
Rinkoo Barpaga has teamed up with renowned writer Ian Billings to bring his own unique visual humour and stories to you. The show will appeal to Deaf and hearing audiences alike, as Rinkoo charts his experiences in 1980s Birmingham, racism, school days and adult life as a Punjabi Deaf man in the modern world.
 
Ian Billings is a writer/director/performer who has worked with comics such as Frankie Howard, Bernie Clifton, Little and Large, Cannon and Ball and is a veteran of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
 
Rinkoo Barpaga launched his comedy career to instant success in the US, and featured prominently in a BBC documentary on Deaf comedians in the UK.
