Desire and Pursuit

Desire and Pursuit

Three one-man plays about beauty, faith and obsession by award-winning writer Martin Foreman, featuring Christopher Annus and Christopher Peacock. In Angel a priest confronts the man - or angel, or demon - who haunts him ("wonderfully believable" Everything Theatre). In Now We Are Pope, eccentric writer Frederick Rolfe relives his most famous novel, Hadrian VII ("four stars" What’s Peen Seen). In Tadzio Speaks . . . the once beautiful youth in Thomas Mann’s Death in Venice looks back at that fateful summer ("Foreman’s eloquent and descriptive prose done full justice by Peacock’s performance" The Public Reviews).

See this powerful production before its Edinburgh Fringe debut.

Please note: Sunday’s performance starts at 6.30pm!
