Tea for Tabitha

Tea for Tabitha

A hot summer’s day and plenty of time to play.  Two children living in 1930’s New Zealand, a time and developing culture which never quite approved of too much emotional expression.

Too bad then that Henry and Blythe happen to be struggling with the recent separation of their parents and subsequent sense of abandonment.

Strangely, their naivety allows them to analyze their situation with startling simplicity.  All that is left is for them to find the courage to carry on in spite of a situation that is beyond their control.
