Ocean of Loneliness

Ocean of Loneliness

Ocean of Loneliness is set in an unforgiving, modern, busy and fast paced city.  Observe as three anonymous citizens slowly begin to bare their souls-warts and all!  Literary aspirations, weight issues and an obsession with the ocean are a few of the topics on the agenda.  But who are the citizens talking to?  Certainly not each other!

’’A poignant play’’.Jeremy Kingston (The Times)

’’Wallace’s perceptive, bitingly witty script has much to say about self-imposed alienation and the familiar paradox of urban living’’.  tolitamusings.blogspot.co.uk

’’To work on Ocean of Loneliness as an actor was extremely engaging. A notable feature of this play is how ’immediate and real’ the language feels for the characters, yet when put together it creates such a powerful rhythm and is extremely poetic in ensemble. Clever, big, moving, and funny.’’
Rachel Isaac (Trudy, from the multi-award winning sitcom THE OFFICE.)

The Sunday performance is one hour earlier and listed separately on our website.
